• ATM transfer – payment must be made within 3 days

【Shipping information】
Home delivery via SF Express (Taiwan main island):

• NT$100 per order

• Free shipping on orders over NT$1,000

【Shipping & Delivery Time】

• In-stock items (no "<Pre-order>" tag): ship within 2 business days after payment

• Pre-order items: ship within 5–10 business days

• Delivery takes about 3–5 days (excluding weekends/holidays)

• Orders ship Mon–Fri only. Tracking info will be sent via email and available in your account.

【Return Guidelines】

• You have 7 days from delivery to return your order — but it’s an inspection period, not for trial use.

• Keep everything unopened and complete (product, packaging, accessories, documents).

• Used or incomplete items can’t be returned.

• Defective item? Let us know within 7 days — we’ll cover everything.

• Changed your mind? Return within 3 days (you cover shipping). Late returns won’t be accepted.
